Spacing and punctuation errors and was extremely distracting and very hard to read. Page after page, I read about other fees, processes, facilities, personnel and how the cost of providing care is escalating. I love this book and highly recommend it. Throughout this masterfully written but stylistically and intellectually dense book, Tomasello reports extensively on current research and looks critically at the assumptions and assertions of his contemporaries. I haven't had a chance to fully read it all. This book, with the left to right recipeformat favored by the author, does not read well at all in Kindle format.
